The Institute of Science and Technology offers the Artificial Intelligence Professional Accreditation and provides a range of long and short courses for specific upskilling in technical and soft skills areas. It includes a course that allows those with junior level experience to directly enter into RTechAI status on submission of a suitable RTechAI form.

All courses align with Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (FHEQ) levels. Those working with AI of any discipline can apply for IST’s designations: RTechAI, RPAI and APAI. These designations run from student level to visionary leadership level and recognise a professional’s competency in AI.
